Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

This depends due to some unconfirmed transactions. Once they're confirmed, fund comes available and then payouts can be run.

Well im positively surprised - i have asked for a refund for my btc sent there when blockchain was down, which got lost. I have received them back within maybe 2 hours of writing a post. Also today new payments got confirmed and it is still running Well, im not investing since minimum was raised from 0,005 to 0,05 but im really amazed how that site works and that it works
