The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Dear Bitdoubler Team, after I have read your last post and known that your site is no longer working, can you refund the transaction of: https://blockchain.info/tx/13e874d6526bf61cd9992219fbcbb7e24c83a58f8ea828b64b51190276ecabad

or deposit the 0.01 in another of your own new site(if you have) for investment(x2) like the previous one?

thanks very much...

I am afraid the owner is long gone and you won't see your bitcoin again unfortunately.
Also, I don't think the authority will handle the case seriously when you tell them you have lost $4...
