Cryptocurrency markets are most volatile which makes them move from the bottom to peak in no time. There also are some major price changes each day faced by each of the coins. I don't think it is a complete bullish, now the market is down again because bitcoin was down below $10,000 after it stepped in for awhile.
There is nothing special with ETH's movement, it's just because of the good movement of BTC that's why it follows and that's the same trend that other major altcoins followed, the ETH 2.0 might be a difference maker.
