Before they released Ethereum 2.0 I thought the price of Ethereum would always be in an uptrend, We can see the recent days of Ethereum price movements starting to look good, and after they released Ethereum 2.0, I was sure the price of ETH would increase dramatically. Yeah I agree this is the best time to buy more ETH.

all started with a low growth but we will only dont notice it that the price of the coin are eventually high enough based on our expectation  . the play of eth is slow , unless you arent aware with that ? or your only foccusing on bitcoin and other coins too much  .  besides eth had greatly recovered now compare to its last price last year   . all coins have thier own ath including eth but all coins dont stay on thier ath  . for me im already contented on the previous ath of eth and also on its current price thesedays  . i have no more to ask for  .

maybe all can differ in opinion in addressing the development of something, as well as ethereum which is currently leading to repair with the price, which must be because it was jacked up because indeed bitcoin is indeed starting to creep up. ethereum has been able to develop independently and has been proven, it is certain that the rising momentum of bitcoin will excite ethereum itself. Just stop calling it this year that's all. I think it will happen, crypto is due another parabola and it's just a matter of when. I would say this year is still way too early, but we wait and see. It also won't just happen to every token anymore. The days of entire altcoin market moon is gone and will never come again but for the boys like ETH, this will not be the end.

I think we're almost definitely going to start seeing the bull run come in to play this year. More than likely what will happen is this year we'll see a good run up to around $20k Bitcoin price then a little bit of pullback. But, I think the market will really start to take off next year and that's when we'll see new all time highs on everything. Hopefully it will last throughout this entire year and the next.

That's true and i bet if those speculators will try to buy in the rumour of ethereum 2.0. They have already started to pick up more and more ethereum from the market to fill all of their bags. I have already taken some ethereum from the market too when it was still below $200. Ath looks real for ethereum next year.

Has that happened? ATH that ETH has achieved is still far from the current prices on the market. I think to achieve that will require a very large adoption. while the Ethereum 2.0 update also hasn't fully helped pump.

Why do you think it will not depend on the price of Bitcoin? All altcoins in this market depend on bitcoin, and so will ETH. In 2020, if Bitcoin continues to increase, then the price of ETH will increase, and if Bitcoin collapses after halving, the price of ETH will drop immediately.

Although not reach new ATH, i think ETH price can be increased more than now. Although price now more than when it's on stable phase, me will hold mine longer and maybe wait for highest price in this period.

I do not believe in the speedy achievement of the ATH, but for the sake of fairness I must say that ETH 2.0 is still at the very beginning of the journey. As I understood from the information materials, a complete transition will occur in at least 2 years. Given various unforeseen events and difficulties, it is quite possible this period will be much longer.

ETH is no different from other major altcoins, still bitcoin are influencing it when it moves, in fact when btc had a goo run lately, ETH was also following and we think it will reach to $300 soon but bitcoin fall so that momentum was stop as well.

look at the big picture here, bitcoin hold the dominance rate of 62.8% which is very high compared to the combine altcoins in the market, including ETH.

As it is shown to be in good rallying point. Having another ATH is not far from reality. In fact, we live this kind of possibility and full of hopes since 2018. 
We started great this year and coming Bitcoin halving seems to add hopes that everyone could either expect a huge market jump and able to see Bullrun back again in life. Quite that so early to be in bullish but the market tells something and that we need to believe with.

Lets be realistic that year that ETH make his price up to 1400$ is the season that people think that ETH make thier own demand by having a platform that can create a token and use ETH for gas.
that year any ICO created is so hot that not even  one project failed to raised fund needed to start the project. But this year is different and even investors lost trust to eth for having many shit scam token using that platform.
