Interesting development just today, Fibonacci has just announced that their chips will mine at 3460 kH/sec rather than the earlier conservative estimate of 960 kH/sec. This means that both Fibonacci and KnCMiner Titan offer $0.10 per kH/sec hashing power. Have you considered a group buy for the Fibonacci miner? |

I do not really follow side/small projects that closely. I will most likely stick with KnC for now. That seems reasonable. Because I do not know who will ship first I have spread my investment over both to cover bases. |

Waldo - might be a long shot but anykeywhy actually purchased a miner but is apparently considering cancelling it due to lack of interest in shares. Perhaps you could work out something especially if you end up missing the first batch.
Speaking of batches do you know how many Titans are left from the first batch preorder?

I can help here. KnCMiner has already presold 490 Titans ($4,897,550!) from the first batch total of 2500. 2010 Titans still available. Batch Titan #1 of this group buy is sold out. Batch Titan #2 only has 10 shares remaining. |

And in a few days, when the btc rate is just as likely $400, you are still going to order it and cover the loss out of your own pocket, because: I offer shares for sale, not really a group buy. I'll most likely pay the miner in full once we get half the shares spoken for. And yes, this is more expensive then purchasing outright from them. Keep in mind the costs to setup and maintain a miner. Right? And even then I don't think it's ok for you to delay ordering our fully paid miner to speculate in the bitcoin rate going up because that may also delay delivery of the miner. |
