You would lose this name in a heart beat if disputed.. WIPO would eat you alive!!
The fact you're trying to sell a domain which is 'blatantly' infringing on Binances rights is laughable - You would 100% not be able to do anything with this domain relating to anything crypto or financial related e.g. You would be sued for 'passing off' if you build a site on this name and put a crypto exchange on it..
You would also be sued if you started pointing this domain to a competitor exchange too; and potentially any monies you generated could be clawed back too (and then some). I suggest to review Binances trademarks.. Four of their Trade Marks alone stop you from doing anything you talk about in your previous posts.
Unless you plan on using this domain in a totally different trademark class to those which Binance currently operate in e.g. clothing etc.. then you don't stand a chance developing this name , fact!!
The fact you have put the words > BINANCE & EXCHANGE together, then advertised this very name on a crypto related website, shouts > BAD FAITH DOMAIN REGISTRATION!!!
Also, the fact you have already said in thread that you have used this domain in crypto related activities has already incriminated you.. This thread is a Binance lawyers dream.
You give domainers a bad name!!
I never said that I used it before or redirected it to any third party exchange !
It was redirecting to another exchange before I purchase it on an auction.
