i want to rent ghs from any cloud mining sites but not have any idea about them, please give me some advice.

i have already searched , cex.io and bit-mining.co

but dont understand anything.

please let me know positive and negative sides about them.

You should take a look at the bitcoin wiki https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mining and make sure you understand how the mining difficulty works.

You should check a profit calculator https://bitcoinwisdom.com/bitcoin/calculator before buying anything.

Indeed cloud mining need some more $$$ to invest if you  want to make profits ...

There are many people around hiring their rigs, and you can get better profits and prices while dealing with them perhaps.

Its buying the physical hardware performance, but without the electricity overhead and mining pool fee, (depending on the site you go with) varies.

Another you probably missed for mining contracts is pbmining.

There is a lot of negative to this though, since its similar to just handing your money and wondering if the business will live enough to produce the return.

I would buy "xyz" ghs of mining contracts that your willing to lose incase if the worst case scenario does happen.

IMO, cloudmining hashrate are all overpriced.
For example, you can compare the hashrate price on cex.io with the profit calculator on that site.

You have to understand that it is terribly hard to have a ROI : getting more BTC that what you would have get by buying BTC with the money you used to buy a miner

You can buy cheap used miners, mine a bit and sell them for the same price or a bit higher if you are lucky

If you don't do it for the money, looking for the infos and setting it up is part of the fun so I don't want to take it away from you, you are a mining section on reddit and here

Sell mining contract on Ebay it seems that people are buying those very expensively

If you really want to mine Bitcoins, then I suggest that you buy a USB Antminer. It doesn't cost a lot but it still costs more than it will mine. You can mine for fun instead of profit.

If you want to make a profit from mining, then I suggest that you mine alt coins. You can use your graphics card or CPU. Check the Alternative Currencies forums for information.

as far as bitcoin mining is concerned, only a few big mining operations are running the show. it would be hard to profit substantially from it if you're just one individual with a small bankroll.  same goes for buying cloud mining contracts.
