Bitcointoyou exchange created in 2013 and have thousand of customers, now have listed another cryptocurrencies, not only Bitcoin. So only BTC/BRL have fees, all other pairs does not have fees to trade.

Nah, you must give your CPF, name, address, photo of document and selfie to withdraw. This exchange is not anonymous and may steal your private information. So many users afraid to give their KYC about cryptocurrency to prevent from hacker. Better pay a bit fee without give KYC

no fee!!  are you not afraid this will endanger your business??  As far as I know, the No Fee exchange is Cobinhood but eventually, Cobinhood closes their exchange because it is unable to survive.  I hope you are lucky with this step of your business..

Eventually it will charge you, or even it may be already charging very high deposit / withdrawal fees.

Imo it is better to look for a more trusted and established exchange, that charge fees compatible with the market and provides a good service.

We charge fees only on nehoyiations on pair BTC_BRLC and withdrawn fiat BRL

Eventually it will charge you, or even it may be already charging very high deposit / withdrawal fees.

Imo it is better to look for a more trusted and established exchange, that charge fees compatible with the market and provides a good service.

Need several times to reach the website especially through incognito, I'll be carefull to see everything although there is someone who say that the site has been running for a long time.

When I saw the dashbord of the site, trade with zero fee will be active until x date, what that does mean? It means the site will charge the user again? Or it is just promotion to attract many people here?

Yeah, had to verify catcha 2-3 times due to Cloudfare restrictions and still the website doesn't look fully functional as some pages are missing and not translated in English.

How many Brazilian traders are you successful to get on your platform which would pay the fees to withdraw their funds in BRL currency only? I am sure you would get minimum of such traders but maximum traders who would trade with other coins which have no fees and this would end up your exchange in loss.

You would not even get any profits for the maintenance of your platform and hence it might be good for you to drop the idea or find an alternative to start earning some income from the platform. You can probably not add any advertisements onto the platforms to generate a stream of revenue because it would be something which the traders would seriously hate and perhaps not even turn back again to your exchange.

I believe the proper way to advertise your exchange here in bitcointalk is through an ANN thread (announcement)

For that you should hire a professional campaign manager.  There are some in the Portuguese board, and they will make images and the proper advertise for your company.

I know your exchange and it has a good reputation here in Brazil. I didnt know it was the same exchange, because your topic here is in English.

100% true. The platform is not fully functional yet and that is what makes this platform inconsiderable. Developers should try to minimize the mistakes such as page translation, uploading pdf in several languages, etc which could generate some traffic onto the platform. Trading without fees would be something which might give immense benefits as much of the traders who like to trade with smaller amounts usually loose most of their earning into fees.

This should be minimized and any platform with no fees could generate a decent amount of traffic but most of such platforms might end up being scam because there is no earning option left for the platform if they decide to start trading without any fees.

A crypto exchange fooling people that they have zero fees? Yet the truth is the only thing that they aren't earning a commission on is from deposits to fund their account which I don't think any crypto exchange do. No crypto exchange will be charging their customers just to fund their account so I really don't get why you are trying to promote that you have zero fees. You charge them with market orders for both makers and takers and you will also be charging them for their withdrawals. For anyone reading this false advertisement for their site is already enough to see that they can't be trusted not even with your KYC since they are already misleading you with their fake charges.

It seems like their primary model is charging fees on BRL transactions. They are aimed at Brazilians who need a fiat gateway. 1.89% + a flat fee sounds quite profitable, plus they also charge fees on the BTC/BRL pair.

The commission-free trading on other pairs is probably just to attract liquidity to their platform.

The business could be surviving on selective scamming people or selling users information for chainanalysis or something along those lines.

I'd guess that they're probably just surviving off having a good amount of withdrawl / deposit fees. But if their claims are truthful about only charging for BRL -- they literally just need the coins for liquidity as they probably don't have much on the platform.

We earn fees as a fiat gateway to brazilian users and pair btc/brl

Others pairs has no fee to trade.

I will ask our team to fix the translation problem.

Ok, no fees but the condition.
"Level 1 needs to become Level 2" base on the condition from your website.
This is like you are ok without having a fee but in exchange of the KYC and photo + documents of your users.
