Pool daemon hanged for a period of time, everything seems as regular now.

I launched two daemons at the same address.Will it work? And is it possible to do so? Or I need to create a new address for each daemon.I wanted to create 2-3 daemons to one address.At the moment, 3 daemons are being synchronized. I'll see what happens.And they are all at different ip addresses.

You can run a few daemons at the same address. And you can mine in solo on few different PC at the same address.

What is the best way to mine this coin? I have tried joining http://pool.klaro.ooo/ but it keeps kicking me out saying there is no active pool.

Second question, is it possible to mine solo using the CLI Wallet? Is that advisable?

Simply modify pools.txt file on "address" field replacing with your Klaro address and launch .bat file to start mining .

It's indeed possible to solo mine, you will need to launch "klarod" (let it be in sync) and input "start_mining nrofthreadshere" on "klaro-wallet-cli", you can use "help" on both ( daemon and simplewallet) to learn more about the available commands.
