Ah, thank you @witcher_sense I didn't search for the coin999 whitepaper when I found orbitcoin was done plagiarize. Now, I also found other project who do plagiarism with these project, they are UsPay and Fopay.
Both projects have used the same method in order to decieve people, I wouldn't be surprised if both projects were run by the same scammer.
