Who is the owner of Bitcoin on Twitter?

I don't know if this is the right section for asking but I'm curious.

Do we have any idea on who is the owner of https://twitter.com/bitcoin or if the owner is anyone related to Satoshi?

The true owner remains an enigma. But then from the source below, there are doubts that it's from Satoshi himself since there were tweets about BCH and from Bitcoin.com itself.

News.Bitcoin.com can confirm that no one at Bitcoin.com is in control of the account or exerting influence over it. As far as can be determined, the operator of the account is the same individual who has ran it since day one. In a DM shared by “Satoshi Nakamoto”, one of the few accounts @Bitcoin follows, @Bitcoin joked about their identity, writing “I wonder who I am every day. Far too many people take fun on twitter too seriously”.

I think Roger Ver, gave up shortly after the deletion of the @Butcoin, during the Twitter crypto purge.
I remember a random dude posting from it.
It's good that Ver gave up whoever is in control now its only better for bitcoin.
Hopefully soon Ver will give up on Bitcoin.com as well and hand in over to theymos.

So, looks like the official @bitcoin account was deleted and someone has just resisted it again.
Looks like a noob to me but he's gonna make some money for sure.

Wonder when @Bitcoin started following the account, “Satoshi Nakamoto” on Twitter, and whether the account (“Satoshi Nakamoto”) was hacked.
Well, the DM not a good enough proof that the account wasn't taken over by someone or something. Or maybe the real owner actually supported the other crypto (for whatever reason) but later changed his/her mind.

Actually he said the story right here. He wanted to buy that account, but did't agree with the proposed price and the ex-owner of the account sold it to someone else. No words though about the original owner, but the actual one isn't Satoshi.

Interesting... so MemoryDealers is Roger. Surprised he's still active here despite being pro-BCH.

But even if Satoshi is the original account owner, it'd be pretty much dead like his account here. At least the current owner helps keep the handle alive.

I am not sure but some months ago I was thinking that Roger Ver has bought this account.
There was a lot of BCH posting in this account which was not very much "Bitcoin" but "Bitcoin Cash". This way Ver might want to show that the real Bitcoin is Bitcoin Cash.

It's hard to figure out who owns Bitcoin on Twitter, but I heard a while ago that Roger would buy it and run Satoshi's name. But it was not sold to another person but he did not get his original information.

And who owns "Bitcoin" in the rest of the social media? If Satoshi was forced to be a community manager form the start, he/she/they wouldn't had time to develop the thing in the first place...

I just hope this account isn't "Verified" like they do with public figures, i have no idea since i don't use Twitter.

No, he's not.

I don't use twitter as well and there's no one that can confirm that there's a known personality that currently owns it. But hopefully, whoever owns it currently won't turn it over to a bcasher.
