was written to personally on telegram yesterday by a user named pasha.
since i am currently participating in a bounty campaign where the bounty manager in the telegram is also called pasha, i didn't think anything of it... but after i analyzed everything, i realized that i was written to by a scammer and not by the right user (pasha)

here are the details/proofs:

and here are the user details of the scammer:

and here the details of the real user/bounty manager:

the difference between the two usernames is the added second "l" in @LyakushaCepelyakish

so always pay attention to all the details if you are not sure. as a rule, you will never be the first to be contacted by the bounty managers

For verification, always ask the telegram users to pm you here in forum to validate that the tg user is the same as the forum user. I always do that to anyone asking in tg if money matters.

Exactly, this. Always double verify. If someone asks you for help / money in Telegram, you can almost always be certain it's a scam attempt.

There's mainly two kinds of scammers:
- those who buy lists with Telegram handles on the internet / russian message boards: they contact you, propose random bullshit and you can recognize them because they share no common groups with you (just click the profile)
- those who lurk in chatrooms, waiting for someone to ask for help OR they proactively contact you, "offering" you to get scammed.

Always be careful!

Hey there, the real "pasha" is here.

Thanks for creating this topic. All our team members were messaged by this person asking to send him BTCs in order to make a transaction.

To be mentioned, I didn't change my username for ~3+ years and doesn't plan to. Differences between usernames are pointed out correctly.

Thanks again for making this thread.

Simply block user from messaging and calling you and report spam. If something looks like a scam then in most cases it will be a scam. Would you help him if it was a real pasha?  Grin
