So to sort this out, you are looking for casinos that do have "instant deposits and withdrawals" and "smooth gameplay" right?

First of all, take note there are gambling sites that needed at least a few confirmations for deposits before you can actually use them on betting (you will see there's a balance but you can't used it yet).

About withdrawals, I think the majority of reputable casinos here do have an instant withdrawal feature. It's just that, when will it reflect on your wallet will depend on how the fast it will confirm on the network.

In terms of blackjack, I think you could go with Stake.

Given the reputation of PD that came before it I would have no issues in believing that they will continue to pay out big wins.

They can ask for KYC, that's true, but it's not like they always (or even usually) do that. They reserve the right to ask for KYC, and I don't see how else fighting money laundering or some people who are involved in other sorts of suspicious activity. I think it's pretty common for solid companies to have such KYC policies, and they are rather mild IMO. I would recommend this website because it's reputable, has everything one needs for good experience, and the team is really cool with all sorts of promos on regular basis. Great suggestion. I have tried both Stake and Cryptogames and I have found no negative issue so far and I could see that as an advantage. However, there are still lots of trusted gambling sites here.
