That's why I use platforms like Bitgur and Coingecko to get a more accurate picture of what is going on.

I actually think people should just boycott the website. I mean look at KickToken, apparently it has a market cap of $500 million with a daily trade volume of just $1m on trash fake volume exchanges.

That's a god damn joke. CMC should automatically hide tokens with such a ridiculous ratio unless the user manually chooses to show them.

The exchanges that are on the top list are very known to us unlike in CMC, I'm not familiar with those at the top. I guess CMC allowed themselves to be paid just for the sake of this ranking since they have the huge traffic for market cap website.

An alternative to Coingecko that you might not know about is https://coincodex.com/exchanges/

I cannot guarantee that the data they display is free from errors or fake volumes, but it is undoubtedly better than the data presented by Coinmarketcap.

I am indeed a little strange with that ranking, why can p2pb2b be number 4, while binance and yobit which are good exchangers actually lose from p2pb2b. I don't believe it a little, but why does it have to happen by coinmarketcap counts. then I also asked, from what coinmarketcap did the calculations because in my opinion if calculated from liquidity and trading volume, the binance and yobit are actually better and higher than p2pb2b.

You might use the platform to track the activities of coins or crypto exchanges but do not rely on every infirmation you see there. Rather confirm whatever you see from the right source.

I've given up on CoinmarketCap as well, coingecko is more better to be precise, at first I though the CMC liquidity rating with make sense and expose many exchanges with fake volume but I was wrong, it seems CoinmarketCap can't or don't want to expose those exchanges for one reason or the other

Are you sure you checking the right statistics? According to liquidity top three exchanges are: HitBTC, Bitfinex and Binance in chronological order.
I think you checked list according to Adjusted Volume which is nothing but the reported volume minus any zero fees and transaction fee market. We can't believe adjusted volume as much as reported volume as both can be manipulated.

agree with this and I see them some time they actually just add often to exchange fake volume I think they only care about instant money, and because of this I don't really believe cmc unfortunately there are no similar sites that have complete data as cmc so with forced I still use it and ignore some fake volume exchange sites like p2pb for example.

CMC lost in credibility when shit exchanges ranking on the top list. Recent liquidity is looking not satisfactory. If you will compare between coingecko and coinmarketcap. Binance top places exchange according trust score but cmc liquidity hitbtc (wash trading) number one exchange. Bibox exchange top 16 but poloniex & KuCoin 18,20. This is CMC lquidity how credibility. Coingecko research is more efficient than cmc.

@OP, just get used to it.  If you can't, you can always use Coingecko as your reference in cryptocurrency ranking evaluation.  CMC had always been like that and we just ignore it.  You should have known by now that CMC does not do any filtering when ranking exchanges, their API just reads exchange volume and rank them unlike Coingeko where they use the exchange volume and exchange web-traffic within 24 hours to rank them.

Kick token is just garbage and team is doing stupidity. Why they increased volumes in several phase. Total supply and circulating supply both same 767,570,414,810 KICK that's why market cap showing around 600 million dollars.
