i need $1 btc to make a withdrawl from a site , i can trade $2 skrill or send u back $3 btc
Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I dont know any legit site that forces you to deposit btc for to withdraw btc that you already had there.
I only know "mining"-sites that show you to have mined big btc out of thin air, but forces you to pay for to receive the nonexistent btc.
Sure they only keep the fee and send nothing...so I dont expect that you will be able to send 3USD afterwards...

The whole story does not sound right.

BTW if you look the txfees in the BTCNetwork, amounts like 1USD do not make sense. Not for the sender(as he pays a fee)and not for you as you also have to pay a fee when you send it on. BTW your trust is also not really nice. Did you lower your minimal scamming limit recently?
