I conclude that this is one farm (no matter how many people manage it), this farm violates the rules of the bounty campaigns, the rules of the forum (ban evasion), involved in merit abuse, involved in account hacking/trading and deserve red tag.
So now i want to hear opinions of community.

Update:

I'm sure this is a cheater with own farm of accounts, because of his pm. He pm'ed me in Telegram asking to fix spreadsheet, I asked to confirm on bitcointalk and he wrote from second account as it his own. Of course now he telling that this is "his friend", but all cheaters saying this. I banned all of them from Cartesi and tagged.

So case closed, all accounts tagged.
