Reasons why exchange coins moving up..

There was a time when investors and newbies went on a crazy spree to invest on exchange tokens like BNB, OKB, BIX, HUOBI TOKEN, Kucoin Shares and Aurora...

Many of them strated pumping from 3-4 days and it was not a small one. I have seen that this happens when BTC moves big. What is your opinion on this..?

I saw that they are also starting to move upward as I visited if what happened to BNB price and upon looking at it's chart it's price almost doubled already in less than 2 months.

Upon checking Jan 1 - Feb12, the price of Jan 1 is 13$ and Feb12 is 25$. It only means that bull run is near as the altcoins are also pumping up aside from bitcoin. I haven't check the other exchanges but there is a big chance that they also grow as most of the graphs in coinmarketcap are pointing upward the same with exchange tokens and other altcoins.

 Be careful with new exchange tokens since we have bad exchanges coming into crypto space now and every single one of them wants to create a particular token or coin for their exchange too, make sure the exchange token you will choose is medium to to exchange and stay away from new exchanges

because a large exchange already has a good reputation so it will not be difficult to convince investors to invest in their projects.
whereas markets that are not yet known or have reputations that are still in doubt will be difficult to gain trust.
after all it has passed no more ieo will boom as it first appeared, because all exchanges have used this method, so that all get the effect of some ieo failed.

Maybe that is because bitcoin price increase, so the exchange coins can increase too. But that is not just happening to the exchange coins because the other altcoin already follows to increase. But we don't know what the real reasons for that are and we only see what is happening in the market. If the exchange coins can give benefits to the traders, then I think it is reasonable to see the exchange coins can increase.

Exchange coins are useful for the exchange platform, some exchange compulsory their tokens or coins for those who wants to list or do IEO on their exchange, binance did same time too so going for exchange coins and tokens is a very good move

Yes, now it is better to focus on exchanges that are already really popular, because it is more profitable than having to care about new exchanges whose development is not yet clear, and I think now is a good time to look at opportunities that are in the market or old exchanges.

this seems to be a new trend, where coin exchangers are currently more in demand. because in addition to increasing the volume of coins, but the increase in trading or pump that occurs will also have a positive impact on the exchanger. as you mentioned, the example is binance, and I think yobit is also included in this (YO).

BNB is still the one I have been holding for the past few months. Since binance exchange is doing well, the performance of BNB coin is also doing pretty good. Some other exchange coins doesn't have any value at all for some investors but they have a significant role on their own exchange. But i disagree on the part that they mostly pumped when btc's price is increasing. I have seen exchange coins that are increasing even though bitcoin is at it's bear trend.

I do not like BNB at all but I can see the appeal of a coin that will almost be guaranteed to have liquidity on the world's biggest exchange. BNB is doing well now but just be careful, the entire crypto rally will make a lot of coins seem like a good buy. This is truly FOMO at work, when coins like BNB increase in value without increase in technology.

That means cheaper when bought with bitcoin.
There are times when I think I should my bitcoin somewhere else but never with a stable coin.
We might be on the same page of whoever is buying those exchange token.

BNB was a good example. It was so cheap back then, when you bought it with bitcoin you will be shocked at how much you could get.
But, the thing here is we never expected that it could soar to a number which is not even in our imagination. (at that time)

Don't think this is positive all the times, there are governments who put leash on exchanges and put them under rigorous regulations. There were many exchanges who either went bankrupt or hacked or closed down by governments. It's really hard to have a licence and run the complete exchange legally.

Coins of already trustworthy projects will always be appreciated. But if you want to invest for a short time, then you should pay attention to the price chart. Perhaps the coin is now at a high peak price and is not worth buying at the moment. It’s better to wait for the correction and then buy.

This is not only peculiar to exchange coins. yes, it is noticeable on them and most of them have almost doubled, which shows bigger profit for those who invested in them, few weeks back and are still holding. however, it is apparent on some other top altcoins and some which I know of and have not been listed CMC for everyone to monitor. BNB for instance, was the first that drew my attention, because of the fact that I have it at my disposal, but I tried to search for what could be responsible for it, but I am yet to find. It can then concluded that the direction of the present market is a major determinant.

Exchanges coins and tokens are good for holding, they can become very profitable in a short period of time just because they are exchange tokens, even the few ones that have no use case are having good value, if you know how to spot good exchanges then invest while you can

Many investors investing in exchange token because they knew that the revenue of exchange are so high that they can get the developments they want because they have funds. And thinking that some major exchange tokens would follow BNB going up. And most exchange tokens are making their own testnet following what Binance did.

That's true, I remembered acting in such manner where I bought an exchange coin and it dumped badly I had to sell off and since then learnt my lesson. To me I find it more entertaining getting involved with exchanges whose team are ready to work, bring up ideas, bring up features which will attract all manner of users, this is what makes an exchange coin valuable; such example is BNB. Therefore holding such coins, one is always closer to profit. Also in my own opinion, many people see the surge in price of Bitcoin as an opportunity to hold some of these coins (because an uptrend in the price of Bitcoin always draws other potential coins) which in turn makes them to increase in value as more are getting into it..

Usually the prices for such similar coins backed by strong exchanges might run in a similar way. We might even expect a pump in some other coins like OKB, BIX, etc as even these are been supported by strong backed exchanges. Binance is one of the most popular exchange and that is what is doubling the price for their base token commonly known as BNB.

In few coming months, the price for BNB might even double the current price which might land up near $50 before the altcoin season arrives. We can't assume a exact price in case bull runs arrive because perhaps most of the people might cashout their funds from such coins to hold major altcoins like eth, btc, etc in terms of bull runs which might even cutback their prices.
