China could benefit from aid at the moment and to say otherwise is just foolish. Their own government also denied help TK an extent, but in the mainland LLC officials are so desperate they are stealing shipments of masks that are destined to neighboring provinces... Things are bad in China. If you have a relative or friend affected, ask them how they could be helped. I bet they wouldn't say that you should just pray.

I do get your point but it doesnt mean that they wont need any help.I agree into those previous sentiments above by other users/poster.
Im not an atheist or some sort but they wont really need that "Pray" thing for sure.

Neighboring countries and other as well does show help it might not be on aid or whatsoever but on how to isolate such epidemic.
We know that this would be more severe on days to come if other countries wont really take it seriously.

Vaccines would be surely available soon and thats the only hope we can count on.

Bitcoin mining and exchanges are all closed and/or very heavily regulated in China. Any large effort to donate BTC would probably be a waste and a chance for the promoters to run with the money.

I have bad news to you... god doesn't exist, it was created by humans to justify their existence. So, if there is no god, then no one can help china now.

On the other hand, we have bitcoin, and bitcoin is real, but since you can't bribe coronavirus with money, then bitcoin can't solve the coronavirus problem.

The last option is science. We only have to find an effective cure to fix the problem.

China needs medical help, although they have good doctors and prayers or Bitcoin will not help. At the moment I can't see how could they benefit as a country from Bitcoin donations.
However, if this situation with virus continues or gets worse their economy will start to suffer big time and they might need sone serious international help and solidarity.  Bitcoin can't help with that and that is for sure.

Yes, China is the second rich country, they don't need money but the medical supplies are not that much because of this coronavirus outbreak, they need help from another country. Of course, prayers help but helping with a donation can help too, Using bitcoin is good because there are no restrictions. Anyone can send anywhere in the world and buy medical supplies from it. But these donation does not require everyone, why bother?

It is not about undermining the economic situation of China, it is people sincerely wanting to help recover from the situation and nothing else. If China can overcome the situation and control the situation it is well and great but since it has become a global epidemic it is better that the entire world work together in bringing a cure to this situation rather than showing their prowess who is better than who.

China may not need financial aid, but their less wealthy neighbors are at risk because of the virus, and if it reaches them, they'll definitely need outside help. In fact, they already need help to prepare for the virus, and luckily they are getting it, including from charities and governments.

As for prayers - lmao. When did it help at least once? Why do kids get terminal diseases and die, despite "prayers"?

Prayer is not enough to stop the spread of corona virus. Faith is not enough, they also need action. And yes, they are the second rich country in the world but even small amount of donation for the cure of corona virus will be acknowledge. Not an atheist but stop sticking or staying and be contented for prayers.

What they also need right now is understanding and sympathy. There were reports about them being called as the virus itself, I know it was the people who are racist and that is not even helping them.

You have point but for those individuals who are willing to donate some money, they are welcome also especially that the virus has affected already a huge number of people and not all of them will be able to buy the necessary equipment's that they need in this type of situation.

I even read a news that there are certain individuals there that cannot afford to buy a face mask, so donating money is not that bad especially if you will offer a prayer after your donation so all of us can overcome this crisis.

China is communist country i dont think god will help them.
In terms of money you are right they are the riches country and i think government have enough funds for this situation how ever if you  are the one infected and the government cant help you , of course you still need donation and for foods they need it i guess there are no more store will try to open of you know there are virus that can kill you if you do.

So what can people like us help?

Just pray? I am not saying it will not help but let's be honest, a lot of people prayed for something and most of them did not get what they wanted. Bitcoin is a help in that situation in a way, would prayers help stop the outbreak? Will it create an antidote that will cure the virus, no, it is the doctors that will create that. I am not a hater of praying, it is just that it is obvious that a lot of people are already praying for China and as someone that wants to help but can't really help in a way would just give something that they can give or something that can help people.

It is not just a prayer, as we all say here in the Philippines, "Nasa Diyos ang awa, nasa tao ang gawa", in english, "God gives mercy to those who help themselves". It will not always be effective if you will not be pushing yourself so that it could be the result, you should do something for that to happen and it is always not just the big things, it is the small things. I can help by praying, but I would not stop at that since I want to help and Bitcoin is the way that I can help China with even in a small way.

God/ Providence/ Randomization cannot help a whole country. There are the lucky ones who would be detected at the right time, get quarantined, take precautions and recover or not get infected out of sheer luck or random choice of universe. Then there are those who will die instead and leave loved ones behind thinking, "Why them, He/She was good?". The loved ones in turn will either reject god or try to find solace in religion. Overall, its a fucked up situation that only the real working men and women down at the ground can control with time, effort and a lot of dedication.

From the way i have seen Chinese workers work, they are mentally designed to strictly follow orders and do what is told to do. They are quite regimental in their work ethic. That works fine under normal circumstances. How this discipline holds up in the face of such calamity is something that remains to be seen?

 As of now, the infection seems to be slowing but experts fear that it may still accelerate. Time to keep fingers crossed and trust the men/ women involved to do their jobs with utmost sincerity and dedication.

Well, it's about people who need help and are probably not getting it. Geographical location doesn't matter in this case. Ofcourse I know the country is doing very well, according to this world standard.
By the way, If donation is not necessary, I wonder why some are requesting for it on  this community. I guess they just feel the need to help.  I don't really know much about what is going on in the Country aside from bumping into news concerning the virus mostly on this forum and some social media/forum.
Everyone needs repentance, forgiveness, obedience to GOD and possibly "prayers of the saints" in his/her society. If the saints pray against your oppressions, GOD always answer them. So be very careful how you treat them, else they get agitated and call upon their CREATOR.

i also heard news about this and i can't believe its true because Mask is so much cheaper than their country cannot afford.
