New Long Position with Bitmex

On the 22nd of January I made a move with a very small amount of BTC
to open a "long" contract with Bitmex, I deemed it a good time as Bitcoin
had been hovering around $8500 for a while after raising from the sub
$8000 mark.

I pulled the trigger at $8708 with 0.004BTC and added a further 0.0015BTC
on the 25th with a 3rd and final top up of 0.0013BTC last week all on a 5X leverage.

By this weeks Bitcoin movements it looks like it has been good timing, I
am getting further and further away from my liquidation price of $7392.

I havent traded for over 18 months so hopefully I can make a healthy gain
from this little move!

Wow, you made a good trades, buddy. You have chosen a good leverage, too. If you continued your margin trades until now, your profits is really huge since the price of btc now is $10k and your liquidation price is still far. But i don't advice you to be greedy that much.

Two days ago, I've entered long position too. Unfortunately, when majority of the traders (like me) expecting the bull run and I can see how that sideway done and many of the traders who has 20x leverage and above has been liquidated because it suddenly dropped.
Good thing I have stop loss, if not I have been liquidated too. Anyway, good job, OP.

Im happy with the position, its still live and I havent been liquidated yet,
I actually doubt that I will get liquidated.

I have been thinking on when to take the rewards and I guess $60k
and with all the talk about Bitcoin in 2020 and many many forecasts that
$60k may very well be this year!
