log file:
https://pastebin.com/pCPRdyRz

Whenever I open armory it comes up with this error over and over again, like hundreds of times and just keeps going for hours.
Building databases is stuck on 0% while this is happening.

this is what it says:

mdb_enlarge_map failed with error: "The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open.
", id: 1224
ran out of new map indexes

I'm using Armory 0.96 and Bitcoin Core v0.18.0 (64-bit)

I'm running bitcoin core manually and then running armory and I have disabled Armory from running Bitcoin Core in the background. This was put forward as a solution in a previous thread but hasn't worked for me.

Any help is appreciated.

Sorry if this is obvious but how do I find the database folder?

Also, where can I find 96.5? The Armory website has 96.0 as the latest version..
