Altcoins Segwit issue

I have cloned Litecoin and generated blocks every thing is good but when I send coins from 1 wallet to other some transactions conformed and some are not conforming I have also applied high fee but they have not conformed than google the issue the said because of Segwit so I check my non-Segwit transactions are conforming only and Segwit transactions remains in memory pool....
can some one please tell me the issue I have done this for testing purpose.
