At first yes, the pressure to cover the loss is always strong. However, it's very important to overcome that urge because that could lead you only to even bigger loss and soon you find yourself in a closed circle.

I think this is not good mindset because gambling don't have strategy you gamble money to be luck that's why accept when you lose and play again if you feel you are lucky. And don't always think that you will recover your losses and win because that will give you disappointment only.

Yes, when we can accept the loss and trying to get out of the gambling places, we will know that what we did is worth it because we don't have to feel another loss. Many people don't realize that, and that makes them continue to win back the losses which they cannot always get. Recover your losses is okay, but you should know and have a limit before you see all of your money is gone. It is better to stop while we still have a chance than trying to recover the losses.

As what I've remember yeah I think I do but it was before when the time I used to play.
i think this is one of the reason why everyone falls into addiction, they tend to retieve what they have lost not knowing that it will just worsen the situation or simply increase the amount of your loss.
There's a less chance of someone to get back what his loss and even if you win once you still the loser because the amount of your win is less than the amountr of what you have lost.

I have issues with those that have that kind of view, when you gamble you are paying for entertainment in the same way that you pay to see a movie or pay for a video game so I do not see where people get the idea to get their money back, if you gamble that money away then you should see that money as gone from the very beginning, this way you will only bet what you can actually afford to lose and you will have no temptation to try to recover it by gambling some more.

Thats true, in the end we have this feeling of guilt and regrets for losing our money and thinking what if we didnt spend it in gambling but instead use it to buy food, that would be satisfying. As a gambler, we must be able to stand firm and control our emotions either the situation is a win/win or lose/lose.

Why ? After winning, if you get too excitedm you will rush into stakes, and get rekt back to square one.
If you lose a stake, and got upset and desperate to recover your stakes, you could get further rekt which is definitely unhealthy.

Peradventure you always rush into gambles and got lucky and won, retrace your steps so you can steer clear of avoidable losses.

It's normal to feel that way since you are still hot headed or maybe mad after lossing but for most of the time, I still follow the conditions i've set. I prefer taking a break and just come back tomorrow. Like win or lost, once quota has been reached gonna wait for tomorrow. It's kinda better since my emotion has calm down already and has a fresher mindset because I know if I'm gonna comeback right away after I lose, things will get even worst because of emotion.
