Agree. No one can even know what will happen on a 5year gap. Judging Binance they are a type of project who always introduced system which most are imitating. So I think they wouldnt let their competitors in the exchange field will overtake them easily.

Discounted or not, I dont think Binance will fail due to that fact. Fee is the stronghold of an exchange, Im thinking if they remove the discount when trading on their platform still many users will still use that since Binance is a huge market the fee will be negelcted by traders as just like the taxes on cigarette implemented. Many countries increase tax on it, then still using and consuming? What happened cause they used to it already.

there is no strong reason for binance fail meanwhile they keep developt their exchanges well regularly. only people that want spread FUD say binance will fail. its already for years they operate their services in cryptocurrency market and binance price increase massively every year. i am sure next year binance could move above $100 and be top 5 coin coinmarketcap.

IMO I think bnb coin will be more famous and popular. The introduction of launchpad make them a very popular exchange and many imitated this system but some got for the sake of FOMO. Binance Coin Altcoins stronger crypto coin as we have seen during the bearish season all altcoins were dead but the only BNB was raising. So if Bitcoin goes higher than the current price then definitely BNB will raise and Binance C O will bring some more about BNB in the future to more stabilize and strengthen the BNB.

binance will be most usefull in cryptocurrency market in next 5 years. when market capitalization growth alot, more people will use binance services, liquidity and many feature will make traders use this exchanges. moreover today binance has biggest volume that dreamed by all developers team or trader to buy and sell their asset. bnb price will soar hit new record in several years later. personally i am recommended this coin as main portofolio in our bag.

From where does BNB derive it purpose? From the exchange right. Is the exchange growing or declining? The answer is, it's growing. So personally I don't see BNB losing its value or usefulness anytime soon so far the exchange is still working and the team is still upgrading for better services.  BNB isn't like some other exchange tokens out there, this year alone the CEO has added more services etc. Although we humans can't say what will happen in the next 5 years but there are things with solid proof we can see and give credence where it is needed. Thus, so far the team is still ready to work, BNB will hardly lose its value, rather it will increase..

Possibilities of BNB making a hard pump are much greater. But in case there are any internal issues which might make some of the users lose their funds than I think that majority of people might stop using binance and BNB coin. This might be something which might dump the price.

We can't exactly predict the future of any coin as even 5 years is a long time span and in this time anything can happen with the high volatility markets. If binance gets hacked, etc than many of the users would lose their faith from the exchange which might even lead for panic sell of BNB which is never good for the price of any coin. BNB would dump in this case but the chances of this to happen are quit less.

BNB coin is been used as a utility token on binance platform which allows us to gain some discount on the trading fees. This would be the same even after 5 years because BNB is a coin backed by binance exchange and its main function would be to support internal monetary affairs in between the platform. There would perhaps be some more benefits of holding BNB coin after these 5 years as even now we are able to stake and lend BNB to gain some profits.

I can surely say that BNB would have a major pump after these 5 years because of its ever rising demand and huge benefits offered to the holders. Many traders prefer to pay their trading fees with BNB rather than using any other coin just to save some bucks on fees.

The purpose of BNB is the utility it serves in the Binance ecosystem. BNB tokens serve as the only assess to the features of Binance exchange whether Binance remove the discount or not, people will need to hold BNB to be a part of Binance offerings in the future.

This question is the same question of "what happens to binance in 5 years?" because they are connected together, if binance goes belly up that means bnb will go as well, if binance becomes even more powerful that means bnb will as well.

I do not see Binance itself becoming any stronger tho, they have already peaked and I feel like they are on the way down now, that is exactly why they created new offices in other nations, that is why they did their own staking part of the website, that is why they did the dex version with bnb funding the new projects. They are trying to hold on to the power they have so far reached and that is what makes me question their future.

In 5 years I am sure there will be even bigger technological improvements that eventually will be better than binance and that will result with binance becoming less powerful in crypto world which will drop the price of BNB.

AS far as I know BNB had experienced a great pump and dump within this 5 years' time.  Even though it experienced a huge drop in price after its ATH, BNB's early buyers are still in a profit.

BNB is a native token of BNB blockchain and is used as one of requirement as the mode of payment if some project's token wanted to be listed in either their(Binance) CEX or DEX.  It is also used to have discounts on trades and transactions within the exchange.  That is pretty much the usage of BNB.

Binance will most likely be out competed by decentralized exchanges such as the Blocknet DEX, which does NOT need your personal info, (KYC), account registrations etc.

Never seen a time where decentralization has been discussed as much as now, for obvious reasons I believe.

I have to say that BNB will be difficult to experience a hike up to the new All Time High, lately also Binance has a problem, a lot of bad rumors regarding that exchange, I just said that there are on those Twitter tweets about BInance

If binance remains as successful, it would devise one way or other to maintain the price of BNB. They also have introduced the BinanceDEX but that still has to get any visible traffic.
But it's highly likely that newer exchanges would replace Binance in the next 5 years. Binance has already started losing it's volume to others. And with the decrease in popularity of binance, BNB would fail to maintain it's price.

Five years is a long way to go and we have no way of knowing what will they implement to stay in the top of the game, they are leaders for years now and although there are exchanges who claims that they have a much bigger volume, Binance is still considering the king because of the many innovations they've created in industry.
