fraudulent user hijacking my account

My old account was stolen from me by someone who was able to enter it. This happened a while ago. Now I am finding that the user is doing fraudulent things under my account which resembles my business name. The account is flagges as a scammer and the user is posting pretending to be me. I was unable find help on this in the past, but now it's more urgent. I need this account to either be returned to me or deleted. The account is geekbasic

Is there any moderation here?

You can't request your account to be deleted, however, If you have a bitcoin address posted on the forums (which you can sign a message from), follow the instruction given here. If you don't, then you can't get your account back.

 My business name is Geek Basic.
That's my registered business name in California. Legally. So you get a grip.

You're allowed to do so, but if the account you say was stolen from you is the one posted by @Last of the V8s, then that account has done nothing on the forum in over two years, so out of curiosity, where exactly are you being impersonated, and your business name being stolen, somewhere else other than the forum or not on that account?

The account you claimed as yours but hacked or stolen wasn't banned so you are still allowed to post anywhere else as long as you don't violate any forum rules. It would be a different story if the geekbasic account was banned. In case you were able to prove ownership and recover that account, you have to asked cryptodevil to remove the red tag.

I just want to make it clear on this forum that I have nothing to do with that accounts last activities.

It's actually creepy. The person  was using that account to talk to people on here and I have nonway of knowing what wss said under my name.

There are a few references to BTC addresses in @geekbasic’s posting history. As @ OmegaStarScream indicated, your best move is to follow the account recovery procedure in the link he provided, for which you will most likely need to sign a BTC message from any of the BTC addresses in the account’s unaltered posting history. Lacking the ability to sign a BTC message from one of those addresses, you really do not stand much chance of recovering control over the account, regardless of your motivation to regain control over it.
