I had been trying to explain them regarding mobile number, but according to them it's not mandatory to use correct numbers since they do not required to verify via sms or something similar. They have have asked it just for communication purposes. That means I think you can use incorrect or dummy number if you don't wanna allow them to communicate with you via phone numbers.

Regarding FAQ, the team claimed everything available on terms and conditions and bonus conditions, people should read it before join. Did you do double check before you click the withdraw button after filling your address? There are many cases of wrong copy and paste thing due to something like virus or malware that change your copied address to other address.

Why did the withdrawal wrong amount was sent is still unknown. It is vague but they did what they should do. Ignore where they sent it too.
