Only accounts you need to use once and just for something that isn't important to you/doesn't require any personal information. I can go to the website and take ownership over your accounts by using your email, as it requires no password.

Also, IP isn't protected by yopmail. You can use TOR with a disposable email service like Guerrilla if you're seeking anonymity.

Yup, this email is used once for suspicious or not to useful website. Using this email for long time or personal account is very risky since doesn't have any verification and password. Many of users usually use their main email to sign up for any website, especially give away and bounties thread. They don't think twice before inputting their personal information. As we can see many phishing site want to get our information.

Protonmail (possibly Tutanota too) provides end-to-end encryption only in between two Protonmail users or end-to-outside encryption (if you send emails from Protonmail to Gmail for example) if you encrypt the mail with a password. I personally don't consider it a privacy mail provider. If you're using a throwaway mail for privacy and anonymity purposes, you'd want to go for hiding as much sensitive information about you as possible.

Protonmail is a much better option, however you need a paid account to create multiple alias (which is really nice in this case)

I use disposable emails frequently. Any time I have to sign up to a new site or service I'll almost always do so under a disposable email first, and only after I'm sure I will continue to use the site will I sign up with one of my real email addresses. There are a couple of services I currently use, but they all run in to issues with being disallowed from some services, so if Yopmail can help address that, then I'll give it a shot.

Most other services like this only let you use the address for 10-20 minutes, and it is lost permanently once you close your browser session. I can see why having the same disposable address for a few days could be handy in some situations. Relevant to crypto, this could be a good service for people to use to sign up to air drops or other altcoin nonsense which frequently results in email addresses being sold and targeted with phishing.

I used disposable emails in the past, but then I decided to make one let's just say the real (permanent) email which I will use for all possible registrations on sites I do not trust too much. This generates quite a lot of spam, but most end up in a spam folder that automatically deletes it after 30 days, so I don't pay too much attention to it.

I would not agree that creating a new email address in Gmail takes too long (less than 5 minutes), and I'm sure I was never asked for a phone number or any verification there. Of course there are much better solutions to privacy/anonymity, but at the moment it is much more convenient for me to have one general e-mail, one for work and one for family and close friends.

Both ProtonMail and Tutanota are good options, but their costs for more email address is quite high if you plan to use it as disposable email address. €9 / year per 5 addresses for ProtonMail and €12 / year per 20 addresses.

Can anyone clarify whether those service allow delete old email address and/or replace old email address with new ones?

I'm not sure about Tutanota but ProtonMail doesn't allow you to delete aliases.

I wouldn't get it if this is the only reasons you want it. Finding paid throwaway emails should be easy. And you can always host one yourself and have infinite ones, right?

I use my own emails and domains so I manage myself any disposable email I create but there are free services like outlook, netcourrier, and yahoo that let you create the alias (usually 10)
The thing with Yopmail is there is no password, I discovered it while I got access to someone else mailbox lol, so be careful where you use such service (obviously not with discussion boards, a website with a member area, etc)

With the benefits you just have mentioned isn't creating a dedicated email for signing up websites you'll temporarily use a more convenient and practical way of avoiding using your primary email address? Creating an email just for signing and verifying accounts is just like having a disposable email, only difference is you won't have to jump to different websites just to access your account/s. Also it's the first time I'm hearing about email services asking for their user's numbers just to create an account maybe for having a 2fa you need one but for example Gmail is only asking for your name, desired username, and your birthday just to create an account. So there is really no inconvenience on creating a new email address from a reputable email service.

Personally, I don't see many reasons to use disposable email address. I just have separate email address for less important signups and websites which don't have good reputation. It helps to protect my main email from spam.
Also, I doubt that's safe to use Yopmail email service because it's not protected with password. If someone have bad intentions, it's enough for him just to know your email address to make you more or less problems.

i'm sorry but why are you going to use a temporary email for registration in the first place?
also for example if the site that you are going to sign up is not safe don't sign up,
the first thing that is better is never use emails on unsafe sites
also spam emails are mostly sent if you register in suspected fake sites
