You are right, nobody has any clue about the market prediction and they should always plan according to the money they have. Some experienced traders will always plan huge investments in the worst market only because there is a huge possibility to recover the prices. but even though like that there are some cases of exchange places that manipulate prices and in my opinion it is a very fatal mistake because it will only turn off the platform where the exchange is and of course the reputation will be bad, usually those who will be exposed to such cases are new traders with less experience .

There are very few experienced traders now. mostly people try to engage in dilettant trading and then lose money. to become a truly experienced trader you need to spend several years looking at the charts
