Your domain is barely a half a dozen month old as it was just registered in 2019. How then is it possible that your exchange was operating since 2017 without the domain?

This busted this exchange, you cannot lie on something that can be find out later if you are telling the truth or not, you don't lie about the age of your domain when obviously the answer can be extracted from tools like whois, good thing they haven't scam anyone because there were no reports yet.
