I am sorry but noone will do this!!! Paypal is reversible it doesn't matter if you send before or after I believe with paypal you can have a refund UP TO 90 days after being sent funds! I am not going to say that you are a scammer but with only 4 posts and a brand new account noone here will make an offer!!!!
Something I learned at a very young age. If the deal is to good to be true, IT PROBABLY IS!!!! If you want to build a reputation find other ways to buy and sale such as money transfers once you build an account up. People will be more likely to do PP trades with you but as of right now it will not happen! I wish you the best of luck!
Do as I did starting out IF you have paypal funds get a paypal debit card. Used the debit card to purchase coins through XCoins, Kucoin, Coinmamma, or even coinbase!
Noone will risk a trade with your new account. What do you have to lose an account with 4 posts? I have been here a little over 2 years and worked my butt off to get where I am! Scamming someone for $1000 with my account would not be worth it! I put WAY more then $1000 of time into this accound and STILL can barely get merits lol!

Also no escrow in their right mind will deal with paypal either!
