In relation to this two written guides below:
[Guide] Best way to Archive Bitcointalk and other webpages[Guide]: How and Where to Report Phishing WebsitesI'll probably add a third guide here to help members to check the domain's registrar name and see where they can report the abuse and before archiving it. I'm sure most of the scam busters know this thing, but it will also be good if beginners would also try to method specially as we always preach to DYOR (Do Your Own Research).
1.
http://whois.domaintools.com/ You can simply enter the website you wanted to search and it will give you a output like this:
http://whois.domaintools.com/vertocoins.com
As you can see in the image above, it will give you the domain registrar and the email where you can send the report, in this case,
abuse@namecheap.com. Then you can go to this guide
here, and then you can
archive it for preserving the evidence.
2.
https://www.whois.net/ - another good alternative.
3.
https://urlscan.io/ - Will give you much detailed analysis of the website including: IP Detail, (Sub Domains), Domain Tree, Links and Certificates.
Remember as well that it might take several days before you can get a reply from those Registrars as they have to investigate first whether your report is good or bad.
