Hello folks.

Is anyone trading on binance and faced this kind of issue?
I made a Btc deposit and it already has 10+ network confirmations but is not credited in .y binance wallet.

Also I can't transfer my USDT from Exchange wallet to Future wallet.

Current graphs are interesting for day trading. I am trading in 30 minutes to 1 hour interval and I need to transfer some USDT to my future account to adjust my liquidation price orelse my position would be liquidated. Why is binance delaying the deposit in this situation?

I seriously had this kind of thought in my mind that "Is binance playing some games to intentionally liquidate my balance?"

Please binanciers post your reviews and please suggest me what should I do in this situation ASAP.

Thanks.

No i didn't find any issue like that. I tried to reach on their telegram channel but couldn't reach out. May be they freeze their channel for sometime because of spamming (just my guess).

I don't think so. I have no idea how much your asset is but sometimes i saw if someone transaction huge amount asset then exchanges take some times for their inquiry.

I think contact with them is a better option right now. Go to support center and submit a request asap.

As anyone else is going to say when it comes to a problem with a centralized exchange (like Binance) contact their support team on their website (and maybe twitter, I wouldn't try telegram though) and wait until they respond.

That's the best you're going to get right now. Sorry about that, wish we on here could help further.

Did you change anything from your account or reset the password?

I have a past experienced on Binance with the same issue before but according to them, you will need to wait for 24 hours before the deposit amount will be credited.
So, if you reset the password recently it will take 24 hours before you see the deposit amount.

I found this post from Binance recently.

- https://www.binance.com/en/support/articles/360039975131

It seems they are under maintenance.
This might be the issue why the deposit amount still not credited in your account.

Besides hoping that your position isn't going to be liquidated soon, there isn't much you can do considering Binance's system maintenance is going on. It might suck to cut losses, but it's better to take something away rather than nothing, and closing out your position(s) before liquidation is always a good idea, even if your stop is just a few points away. Most exchanges charge some sort of fee on liquidation.

Unfortunately, I doubt they'll be able to do much to expedite your deposit or help you out with your position in this instance. It's still definitely worth a shot though. I highly doubt Binance is intentionally doing this to liquidate their users' positions. Much larger traders also use Binance, and your position is likely just a drop of water in the ocean.

Beyond the OP's issue of inability to make transfer even within the Binance platform, I see the constant maintenance becoming the deal beaker for Binance users in the future. No one likes to be held down because of that while trying to transact. Remember too that not everyone knows about these incessant maintenance routine. However, I hope the OP gets his issue sorted out before his capital is liquidated, anyway.

At least if you are active in Binance trading, you should know this first.

Of course they have announced all the problems in the Binance market early on Twitter and their telegrams.

Maintenance:
You can follow its development about market binance via Twitter.

Telegram:
@binanceexchange
@BinanceChinese
@binance_announcements

twitter.com binance

I also experienced the same 30 minutes +-+10- + confirmation.
My experience follows about Binance's new information, whatever customer complaints can be asked directly on telegram and twitter.

I have been using Binance from long time but didn't faced such as issue. Most likely it would be because of unschedule maintenance.

I have seen this update on a telegram channel. I think it should deposited till now. Had you got your fund on Binance? Also it would be a reason what @BitMaxz said above.

Since, binance has been having problems with their exchange for over a week now. Which exchange should we move to?

Your first problem is thinking that all these exchanges are secure. Your second problem is listening to your 'friend' instead of doing your own research on exchanges to see which one you feel comfortable using, instead of what your friend experiences buying 20$ of bitcoin every month.

Exchanges are per definition not secure. But if I were to choose, KuCoin was never breached in their security. But still if you're that anxious use cold wallet for storage.

I don't know what the others are mentioning but I'm using Binance for my trading bot and it's completely running well. No problems here.

Since we are talking about deposits, just follow the advice of the users that posted before me. Just contact the support and I think it would be fast to be resolved since it has been confirmed multiple times. After that is solved, then you could proceed in transferring your Spot Balance to Futures balance or wherever you would trade into.

Currently, I'm getting myself prepared for the Binance Futures to use a trading strategy with Gunbot.

Lol. But If you'd ask me, Kucoin is just as good as Binance, very similar in most ways too. Binance is like porsche 911, kucoin is like the Cayman, aka very slight differences. Both are great. But I'd give it to Kucoin as it's highly unlikely they experience the same stuff like Binance has

Thanks for your replies above. At the end, I can see that it was due to an unscheduled maintenance. Luckily my position was not liquidated and the funds were reflected into my spot wallet after few hours. This indeed took a lot of time but at last they were credited.

Binance is a good platform so no offence but they should give a brief notice about the maintenance few days prior.

Also, until now I was not following them on twitter nor I was joined in their telegram group so it didn't kept me well updated regarding such issues. I would join their social media to stay updated henceforth.

Locking this thread now as it might get a medium for newbies to spam.
