I am sorry for losing your money, but did you search on Google before sending money to them? Type "exrates bitcointalk" and you will find many similar stories[1] [2].
Unfortunately, many know that they are scammers and you cannot do anything. try to track your currencies in the hope that they will move them to central platforms and thus the possibility to recover them.
It is complicated and may not work for that. Prevention is better than cure and doing small research will spare you a lot.

Sorry for the loss, you should research first before doing related of sending funds to any means, also your funds is now lost from the hand of this site and no one can make it back to you since bitcoin transaction is irreversible.
Aside from threads above, you should make a new thread one Scam accusation and follow the scam report format to let others know your side.

Just move on and take this a lesson learned for you.As said or talked above that you should at least have some spare time for you to make up some research
before on putting or depositing money or coins into a certain platform.

This had always been a mistake of many specially for noobs that do get lost on unknown or least popular exchangers which are really prone or high
tendency to exit scam or any similar sorts.

There is really nothing much that can be done given that most cryptocurrencies and exchanges are not regulated. So tracking them down and bringing them to book can be quite challenging and close to impossible. I would just advice to just save the little money you have and move on. Consider the loss as part of the tuition for the lesson learned.

Always use popular exchanges.

Advise is important and this is a very good one. Trading or transfer of coin to an exchange that is not recognized or popular. Exchanges are hardly regulated but some are of good reputation.

You could try to hire cyber security experts to trace them, if your BTC's was stolen then sent to another address the record for that transaction will be publicly available in the blockchain website. Although, this is not 100% guaranteed because they can try to cover their tracks by using mixing services. Which makes it near impossible to track your stolen BTC's. Sorry also for the loss.

Well, I feel you because I also scammed before on an exchange platform that I thought was legit. When choosing a legit crypto exchange site don't forget to use the search engine box on google or even here in the forum. That is the first step that leads you from a safe place. Aside from different negative feedback here in Bitcointalk and the trust pilot give their poor feedback. [ https://www.trustpilot.com/review/exrates.me ]. In the first place, --this perhaps gives you warn not to proceed on that site and to choose the most common exchange sites. Indeed, just move on and learn this mistake and make it sure that will not happen again.
