The rules here are very clear:

25. If you get banned (temporarily or permanently) and create a new account to continue posting / sending PMs, it's considered ban evasion. The only exception is creating a thread in Meta about your ban.

But it doesn't seem to apply to the blocked accounts below.

Initially this account was involved in fraud in campaigns, forgery and copying / pasting, in several places.
In the end it was banned on this forum.
