I will only buy drives that have been tested with WD Data Lifeguard with a Full scan and no bad sectors, I would also like info about it from CrystalDisk Info.

Edit: I will also host your drives (no electricity cost). I have a raid 5 and your pay would be your storage contribution divided by the total raid storage. I figured if your spare drives are collecting dust, why not make them work for you?

Thanks!
Maxi

US based or other?
If you are US I have a WD40PURX and a WD20EURS.
Before I put together something that can run WD Data Lifeguard / CrystalDisk how much would you offer shipped?

Heh, thought I PMd not replied in the thread. Was running too fast last night.
But, since it's posted lets keep it public.
Since I have to install the software and run the tests how about $65 shipped if they pass?

Probably will not have the time to install and run the tests for a few days.

Hey Dave,

Would you mind if I sent you partial payment (I have $55 eth immediately available to send) and I tested them? I will have the rest at the end of the month when my next Storj payment comes.  In the unlikely event that one of the drives is bad,  I can let you Anydesk or Teamviewer in to see (because some people can be dicks and photohop a fake FAILED message lol.)

Either way send now or later is cool.

Yeah, that's fine.
I'll get them checked early in the week and send you the screen shots of the checks.
No use for 1TB drives? I have a bunch of them.

My current setup has 9, 500GB drives and a 1.5TB drive in RAID5. Upgrading all those to 1TB would be nice lol, you got 9 handy and at what price?  Cool

Let me go digging on Monday.I'll get you a list of what I have.
Will have to test all of them. I have just been pulling and stacking them.
It's going to be a mix and match pile.

Thanks again, if you don’t mind leaving trust I would appreciate it. It’s been a couple years since I’ve been in the crypto game so I need to show I’m still the OG account user lol.

Edit: Still looking for hard drives, broke at the moment but I will have money in a day or so.

I will also host any hard drives 1TB and up and pay for electricity cost.
