It is not a good thing for high rank members to always want to take slots for lower rank members like this. Low ranked members do not often get many slots in signature campaigns like Snr/Hero/Legendary. Give them a chance.

This is a sound observation. I think high ranking accounts do this as a sign of desperation despite having chance for many signature opening.

I think also that some managers are not paying attention to their selfishness.

There are more participants qualified for the spot fit to thier rank so i dont think the manager will choose high rank member for the available spot .

There are more high ranked signature campaigns than you see with low ranks, this is the point.
As it is now on the spreadsheet, I can see only one spot for full member and more open spots for senior, and higher ranks are still trying to contest it. Wow...

I know that every manager behaves fairly to all participants submitting an application, the required rank positions will be selected in advance rather than disguising in lower rank positions, except for certain reasons to accept them and can be considered by everyone. Congratulations on the approved participants.

I respect your decision. At least the applicants already have sufficient requirements so all deserve to be considered without giving specific "privileges", especially has earned 5 merits in 3 months, don't they try hard to get it.
