Reason behind ALTCOINS not bouncing Back

Since last few months almost majority of trader/Investor are seems like hopeless or bored from this dead marked, Expect whales or manipulator. Here are many are at safe side by making some decent moves during a little recovery season, But still a majority of peoples are in extreme loss or average loss. Here is many aspect behind the all scenario. A few are following:

        a) We always expect a big hit and don't trade according plan.
        b) Many strong projects are effected due to shitcoins performance.
        c) Altcoin will still remain dead due to Bitcoin's FOMO
        d) Worst reasoning why Alt market will not be bounce back at the position where it was before all this mess is
        Most project dump their whole supply in market on its investors.

You dont hold the investors and they all have the rights to dump anytime they want to. And if they see the altcoin they hold make profit, why not sell it immediately? that is the purpos why they bought it and trade it.

Anyone can sell whenever they want and you cannot blame bitcoin for this. If you want to avoid dumping of alts, buy bitcoin.

One reason is that due to long long downtrend the new startups who raised funds from the crowdsales when low on funds because of low value of btc and eth and suspectedly they started to sell large supplies of their own tokens/coins which hurt the alt market really bad and i think even most people have started to talk about the start of bull cycle now but i still think that alts will still take quite a while before they can really surge.

the biggest problem is the honesty of the projects. all projects, all new and existing, are not honest with investors and they do everything possible only for their own benefit. if we will manage to do so that people will begin to understand when they are being deceived - then the altcoin market will begin to behave differently

What altcoins do you mean here? Top altcoins or new fresh altcoins? If you are talking about fresh altcoins, indeed they are not recommended anymore. We all know that most of new altcoins are dumped once they are listed on exchanges. Then later or sooner, they have too cheap values that make investors get big losses. While for top altcoins, I think they are still worth and no problem to follow BTC trend. If you saw the market improvement currently, you must know some top altcoins that have already risen high.

Actually that isnt the case here. If you are careful enough you can be on their sides. Honesty isnt always preserved amongst these projects. Ive been in here for a long time and notice how this business is crash by those silly scammers.

Market is affected by a lot of factors, saw most of the investors prefer existing projects.

You dont hold the investors and they all have the rights to dump anytime they want to. And if they see the altcoin they hold make profit, why not sell it immediately? that is the purpos why they bought it and trade it.

I agree no one can hold grudge about who want to sell their tokens especially on bounty hunters side since they worked for it. No arguement here thats the reality.

It's pretty obvious that a bunch of newbies is around here, not believing we'll see another boom in altcoins, when the market has been like this from the very start.

The BTC dominance moves up and down accordingly with how the market condition is. Back in 2017, any ALT mooned for absolute no reason, and I've got no doubt that the next bull run will be pretty similar, only with real projects (with actual products) will mega moon.

The old Investors starts selling since they have lost interest but then there isn't any new enthusiast to dump the coins on so they begin lowering their selling price to attract buyers but then there aren't any or when have buyers, usually they're not much which result to low liquidity.

Although this is a general reason, some altcoins are usually the creators of their own downfall. The decision they make can destroy the trust in them by their previous enthusiast. Postponing certain activities like launch date of upgrades or development send a wrong message to their community members also the mismanagement of fund and dumping of coins on the market is also a major contributor to their downfall.

I cannot say with 100% certainty but a lot of members in this forum has somewhat turned "negative" against altcoins until now and that's probably where your statement is coming from. Outside this forum, I still see a lot of guys on twitter and youtube hunting altcoins on different exchanges and discussing them on their platforms.

Are you talking about projects who exit scammed? If not, can you name some of these "most projects" that dumped their whole supply? AFAIK, a good portions of premined tokens of most projects are still locked up.

I think it's because of the actions of the developers that can't be trusted by investors so that many altcoins are sold in the market and become a fall in the price of the altcoin.
So now there are many investors who do not believe anymore in their own talk, even the road map is sometimes not according to what is planned, therefore investors always think of how not to lose money, obviously sell it instead of holding it for a long time, there is no price to most altcoins now like that.

I think one reason is the fear and lack of trust of investors to altcoins nowadays due to some ICOs turning into scams. But I think if you've been into crypto for years now and truly trust the altcoin that you know, you won't have to worry no matter what the market offers as it's always a roller coaster ride.

Project who cares about dumping their tokens on exchange should reduce the discounts on pre sale so they can reduce more short term investors and effect of dump when the project hits the market.But this is the only reason why new projects gets dumped? Not really because crypto market starts to overwhelm with new projects everyday but people are not ready to invest on the new projects.

Your points seem well observation! Some good coins can't grow enough because of these facts, Bitcoin FOMO is harming a lot to the altcoins market! Therefore whales keep manipulating with the decent altcoin holders. Another problem is people are too much greedy, they don't sell on peak time by hoping a more high price and later they end up by getting loss. My strategy is very clear! Be a brave man and sell any coin on high price or when you see a good profit, you have to understand that no coin will be increasing without coming down or making correction!

Investors are wiser now, they won't just buy coin but instead they will look for big potentials, there's always chances for such alts to bounce if they are really

As per my understanding and information published on CMC, almost all good altcoins are performing well. The top 50 have already shown a good price surge and are expected to perform much better this year.

 I'm not looking on other altcoins except those that are in the top 20 and so far these coins in the top 20 are performing good, much better when we are in the bear market we just have to bear or be patience things will set it's on course heading to the halving then it will follow the bull market.

I think not all altcoins cannot bouncing back because if you check on the market, you will see some strong altcoin can increase higher, and that is because of that altcoin follows wherever bitcoin moves. If bitcoin price increase, the altcoin will also increase, and if bitcoin decrease, the most altcoin is a decrease too. But altcoin now still not increase so high like the last bull run that we saw before because bitcoin does not rise so high, and that is why bitcoin and altcoin still at the lower price until now. But bitcoin and altcoin will bounce and hit the highest price, and who knows, we will see another ATH in the future.

According to me the most obvious reason why altcoins don't steadily increase in price is because most of the investors in altcoin are speculators and not genuine investors who actually believe in the coin.
If a person genuinely believes in a coin then he will hold that coin for a long term no matter how much it decreases in price. I love bitcoin and ether and that's why I am holding them from a long time no matter how much times it has decreased in price.
Speculators on the other hand, dump the coin as soon as their profits are obtained or their stop loss is met.
I think this is the reason why most altcoins get dumped in the market.

Wait a minute!
Are you talking about ICO's here.
There is a rule which they cannot sell their coins. It will be frozen until a certain time.
It is the investors which are selling their coins.

Here is the real problem of why it did fall.
They gave too much bonuses to those who bought at Pre-ICO. Because of that, when the coin hits an exchange investors will sell immediately when they see profits even just for a little bit. They are not holders. Those are businessman. Because of the market being played also by traders the coin depreciates its value.
