Hi i am paying 3 Euro for just 2 minute little work . member must be old with atleast 250 posts and have paypal account . i will pay first with LTC .

Actually i want to buy one month subscription from one website cost 10 euro . i will first send 13 euro LTc to member who accept this offer then he will buy for me.

You must add this information into subject and open-post both, so that right people may come forward to help you. This is a crypto community and people here might be accepting LTC but I guess less than 33% of people alone might be having an active paypal account.

Also, hope you are already aware of chargeback like feature of claiming refund things in paypal which may affect you if the person who help will do that. I mean 100 posts eligibility will not be enough. Please choose the person with Hero or legendary ranks. Green trust people must be the right person with other ranks here (hope you are aware of rank and trust system of this forum, if not please let me know I will link you there).

Tittle should be different in my opinion. Here the main goal is you need a help than only one user can earn 3 Euro. It can do some people in free, I would also do but I have nor paypal account.

So You could post a tittle like that you need a help and you will pay x for that. Or you could describe the details in the post. That is only me personal opinion.
