They can wear a Member signature which is pretty limited. And keep in mind that many people may not accept them in campaigns/bounties.

AFAIK, its member level signature because then only they can have a signature with clickable links and Jr.member signature space is just a plain text.

Yes, with the same features as Member Rank. That does not mean that a campaign will consider a Newbie Copper Member as an equivalent to a Member in all terms. If you are interested in a specific campaign, then see the terms for Copper Members there, or contact the Campaign Manager if these are not explicit or sufficiently detailed.

You should click the link that Jawhead999 provided. Buying copper membership enhanced your account. Copper membership cost 0.00241033 BTC as what I have seen in the link after I clicked it. A copper member accounts can do even if your account is still newbie are able to post images, reduces the time-between-actions limit, and also have the same benefits as being of natural Member rank like signature field character limit as shown in shat DdmrDdmr quoted.

Maybe you need to explain in more detail, a person registered as a Copper Member who is not accepted in the Campaign / bounty is only a newbie.
Not for higher members, because many higher members are registered as Copper Members and are accepted in various campaigns and bounties.

It was created so newbie developers can post images on their announcement page, they have now an option not to hire other high ranking members to do their own announcement, it's also being used by newbies to participate in a signature campaign because some campaigns are now accepting copper members.

Do you have some examples? So far, the signature campaign list by Mitchell doesn't seem to show any accepting Newbies, assuming that's what you're referring to as Copper Members.
