What happened::
I saw his topic sell google cloud accounts. I contacted him to buy. Initially he handed over the account first to gain trust from me. He then asked me to prepay 20 accounts. He is a con man. He tricked me $ 340. But then I got inactive accounts. He deleted the message history to trick me. He did not return the money to me. He promised and lied many times. And now the whole account he sold to me was disabled.

I am sorry for your loss, but even escrow will not work well with digital products, as it is easy to change the ownership and it is difficult to prove that he scammed you.
