Can Eos be staked for CPU on mobile phones ?

The staking process of EOS is best using a system and logging into preferably a greymas wallet app, its just a replica of MetaMask and the you import your private key and then go about harnessing the features.
On a Mobile phone, you can use a TokenPocket wallet and import your EOS wallet (your tokenpocket wallet can be downloaded from Googlepaly or Apple playstore). The interface is user friendly and can be used for both EOS and other blockchain wallets.

Isn't that going to use the CPU of the mobile phone that much and will lessen its future performance?

Or it's just the same as simulation mobile phone mining like electroneum? sorry, I don't know much with EOS so please educate me.

I believe you can stake EOS on mobile phone using mobile wallets that support staking like Atomic wallet and Trust wallet, staking coins don't require any CPU power, do not listen to those mentioning CPU, Proof of Stake is different from Proof of Work

I think top exchanges support EOS staking too, like binance, kucoin Okex etc or you can just lend out your EOS, this is very faster compare to staking that will be locked for some while

Can Eos be staked for CPU on mobile phones ?

Most of the replies might be confusing for you so I'll make a clear one here,

Staking in EOS differs from other POS coins, In EOS staking to CPU means anyone who wishes to make a transaction in the EOS chain let it be EOS transfer or other transactions like changing the keys, voting BPs (Block Producer), etc all these transactions require CPU.

SO CPU can be obtained through rent or by staking the EOS towards CPU which will get you enough bandwidth for making transactions based on the amount of EOS you stake.

If you want to stake EOS for CPU to make transactions you need an EOS account so I hope you already have an EOS account.

So for staking for CPU in mobile is possible and very easy,
You can use EOS Lynx or Token Pocket app available in both Android and IOS

EOS Lynx is very easy and safe to use, first download it and import your EOS account by providing your Private key(Use Active key)  and then you can stake your EOS for CPU in the app

You could also get free CPU for 5 transactions every day without staking any EOS through bloks.io explorer If you need any information regarding the same let me know

Yes, it is, many alternative EOS wallet apps can be used to stake EOS for CPU, But you should make an account first before you can stake EOS for CPU, if you don't have EOS coin yet, but you have Ethereum you can make an EOS account in imToken wallet and pay using Ethereum. after it was activated, you can export your keys. and import it on a scatter app, etc. and log in at Bloks.io there you can send 5 free transactions daily. I think if you don't have many transactions to sent Bloks.io 5 free transaction daily is enough but if you are sending many transactions daily then you should stake EOS in your account. for your convenience. I hope it will help.

As i know, on staking you need 24/7. Phone is not the best solution
You are wrong, once your staking starts on your wallet either coinomi or trust wallet you don't have to be online, staking works offline once you activate it

You can stake EOS on Kucoin exchange if that's what you are looking for. You need to download Kucoin app for Android and login. Then you need to either purchase EOS and Hold it on Kucoin exchange wallet for EOS. You need to hold it for a period of 30 days in order for you earn rewards. The percentage you earn is 0.7% which as per me is very less as compared to others available there.

You can earn EOS coins when their bounty has started. You can join their bounty program then you have to complete their required task. Then they will pay you the EOS coins to your account.

No, staking for CPU requires Hardware counterparts not smartphones, if you are looking for better staking coin this year don't look further than Tezos coin, market cap is growing bigger everyday

You can only do this on computer or laptop, you will need the full blockchain data too and moreover presently EOS is having biggest issue with wallets presently, normally CPU should generate gradually without hardware

LYNX is one of the best option.

LOL I was amazed by the replies, staking in EOS doesn't require devices since its about renting your EOS to gain CPU for transactions you can do. There is a need for tutorials about how EOS works but this may not be a good audience because users here only learned BTC.  You can also rent out your EOS for RAM and NET, EOS works differently than just the normal platform like ETH that only needs GAS.
