Does a project that seeks exchange listings getting extensive evaluation? 'Cause I say this now, don't just accept any coin/token asking your exchange for listing.
If for some reason a scam project's coin/token gets listed on this exchange, it won't do anything good for anybody. It will only taint this exchange reputation and you don't want that.

Also, not sure if it's already on the exchange but, you guys should also think of adding these features: Affiliate Program and Dividends Feature; they're good on bringing in more user/traders into the exchange.

That's great to hear. You guys are on the right track.
Currently, the only crypto-exchange I know that is doing charity works is Binance.
They've even sent necessary items to Wuhan, China to help those who are fighting the Covid-19 virus. [Source].
A simple act of kindness like this will go a long way and I hope many crypto-exchange would do the same.
