So if recording money that you losses make you sad don't do that but for sure recording all your winnings makes you happy.

And that's going to make you sad too, because I'm sure the total number of your winnings is much lower than the amount of your losses, it is pretty frustrating to know that you could still count it in all of your fingers, or it is not yet even close to 100 after all the years you are playing gambling. Indeed. It is ba for me to always look for your past losses since it will only frustrates me and regret the move that I do . Once is enough for me, if I see that then the next time I will not do the same strategy, but I will forget that since it will become a regret that can never be change nor improve. So let go of the record and be more productive and disciplined in gambling.

Honestly it all depends, just because you feel sad or just because you don't feel sad shouldn't really mean that you are addicted or not. Let me give you an example I have gambled probably 4-5 times a week early last month, I was gambling and basically losing as well but I was having fun, it was basically a collective thing together and I was having fun with friends. Never felt bad, never felt sad, never felt like I am addicted.

When all of that was over and we got into quarantine so I stopped gambling with my friends and never felt the need to continue gambling without them. Simply put there is no connection between what you are feeling and your addiction.

They are the type of people who chose to gamble for money. It's hard to be a person like this because if you lose you will have a grudge to earn back your loses and can possibly turn into more mess b losing more.

It is, i think, the best idea to discipline and start to change the perspective and addiction of a gambler. We all know that loses is a very common and frequent thing in gambling (most of its cases) and even anyone whom are onto it wouldn't be aware of how much it costs whenever those loses would rather just be saved. But still, would you mind losing if you are taking the risk in gambling? Losing is the risk or should we say the consequence, and there would be no chance of winning if a gambler was afraid of losing.

I feel that the history of your loss can cause anxiety to play gambling again because it has been seen how much loss is obtained from playing gambling, so it's better that gambling places only provide information in the form of profits gained during gambling so that it can trigger gamblers to keep gambling on its premises.

Money management or bankroll management does not tell you which team to bet or what games to play, though this is vital for gamblers but the most important is you know how to choose the winner every time you bet, bankroll management will only make you last and if you have more winnings than loses, then you'll end up profitable.

Whenever we hear the world gambling, the luck part comes into our mind and even if it is skill based the results maybe not be completely depends on it so need luck if you want to be profitable while gambling and yes its out of control that is why gambling business is still profitable and made people to keep coming on it again and again.

so true . when i loose i feel verry bad but this feeling fades off easily when im busy on something and i can fully heal the next day but ill be doing the same thing again which was gambling  .i can control my self to not depo big and not depositing for too many times right after loosing  .

i can only depo once and sometimes twice when i got really pissed off  . i cant imagine if me and many others dont have a control them selves , i think we all can loss our money that supposed to be keep for important uses only  .

Any addiction can be stopped quickly using realization. If you realize that you lost a lot of things by doing that vices, you will definitely stop doing that and start a new life. Majority of the recovered gambling addict is the one that has a successful life now. When you realize that you lost something, you will think that you need to take it back by working hard and regaining what you've lost but there is no easy way and you cannot take it back instantly, you also need patience.

When I'm still gambling, I don't record all of my losses  because I it will just be useless for me and I agree with @yatsan said that recording your losses and if all or most of them are losses then you will feel sad.

Not only sadness but also disappointed and regret are the ones that you will feel if you are tracking your losses but recording your losses will give you one benefit and that is to make you realize that you must stop gambling already now that it is early to quit. If you didn't stop and got addicted into gambling, it will make you feel sadder and more regretful  and worse you might get depressed by it.

I tried to record all of my losses in gambling and the thing that i realize from it that i should already have a gaming computer from the total of my losses, but i still didn't stop playing gambling because i still enjoy how it is played and i am having fun with the people that i gamble with, that is why i think making a records of your losses is useless.

If you are to monitor the outcome the way you gamble, it's good to have put it in records. And if the results are negative it's either there's really something wrong with your strategy or you should stop and think of it whether to push through or not.

For me keeping a record is good because first of all the data you gathered will become information and those organize the information you will use may help you to answer the questions about the problem to your losses also it is useful for keeping a record on the failures and earnings so you can monitor if you think you are still earning or not. Supposed to be it is better to conclude the information you listed because you do not gather any information there; it is just a useless thing all of the data are important to answer a simple question about your loosing or earning strategy.
