Introducing Morpher, a trading platform built on the Ethereum blockchain for every market.

In 2018 we set out to create a trading platform that would make global financial markets accessible to everyone. The idea came from observing the reasons why different communities adopted cryptocurrency. The low barriers of entry, and particularly - the fractionality of cryptocurrency, made it possible for people to invest in new projects and ideas. However, for the bulk of those people, investing in anything beyond cryptocurrency is difficult. With regards to financial markets, if you're outside the US it's incredibly difficult to invest in US equities, and in to invest in domestic markets in Europe or EM regions also comes with a share of bureaucracy. Asset managers aim to offer a solution, low-entrance managed funds and portfolios, but they're riddled in fees. Frustrated, we decided to try and democratize access to financial markets, and decided to build Morpher.

In July 2019 we rolled out our open-access alpha, which only supported paper trading, and only a few markets.


We are proud to announce that we will be launching Morpher during Q2 2020, with a wide range of features:

• 600+ Markets: including US Stocks, commodity futures, spot FX rates, major cryptocurrency pairs, and exotic indices.

• 24/7 Trading Across All Markets: Yes, this means you can now trade any asset 24/7, even if the underlying market is closed.

• No Counterparty Risk: Our platform doesn't rely on trade-couterparties, but rather uses our smart-contract protocol. Meaning you are always able to enter or exit a position.

• Infinite Liquidity: We use our own token for settlement, and combining this with a smart contract counterparty means that your trades will not drift through the market-depth (slippage), but will be filled at the market price as displayed.

• Fractional Trading: Since we use our own token to stake the price-action of every trade, you don't need to select an integer number of shares that you want to trade. You simply select the amount of tokens you want to stake.

• Long or Short: Forget about interest expense, you can go short on any market.

• Leverage: Trade with up to 10x leverage.

• Stealth Trading: Trades you make on Morpher never affect the underlying asset, providing users with dark pool-like liquidity.

• No Fees: No custodial account fees, no trading fees, no commissions, and no activity fees. The market-standard spread takes care of transaction costs.

The great thing about Morpher is that we can turn any data into markets. The underlying asset is never traded, the smart contract creates a virtual future, so as long as we have a non-arbitrageable feed we can create markets from any statistic. Housing price indices, interest rates, crop-yields, production outputs, manufacturing indices, water, bees, diamonds, a student's GPA - we can trade anything. We're working on bringing you some of the most unheard markets.

We are a company based out of Vienna, Austria, and we have to adhere to a fair bit of regulations. You will be able to buy our token from decentralised exchanges, using it directly with the protocol on Ethereum without giving us any of your info.

anyway, they are not obliging everyone to join the airdrop program. it is still up to the user if he will participate or not. so if you value your privacy, you will not give your entry to a project that has no name yet in crypto.

Caution is very important this is because fraud will continue to grow over time without security or a team that is indeed researching the project will develop or not. Hope that a team will come to inspect the project in this forum.

There are countless other ways to eliminate US citizens from your airdrop, such as checking IP address, connecting with a profile on social networks, verifying address of residence by supplying utility bill, etc. Check with your legal department.
I don't feel comfortable giving away my personal documents to unknown brokers for worthless tokens, with the promise that one day they might worth a miserable ten or twenty bucks.
Would you do that?

We set our logo when the company was founded April 2018 (Crunchbase). Don’t recall either of those projects being around, at least on our radar, back then. It is indeed coincidence (a lot of logos tend look similar) but glad you pointed them out so we can avoid confusion for our users!

We have to perform KYC/AML checks like any other legitimate project that ensures compliance with existing securities, financial, and anti-money-laundering laws and regulations.
It’s our responsibility as company to ensure that everybody receiving our Airdrop is a real person from a country eligible to participate. Current US regulations do no permit US persons to participate in Airdrops if the underlying token may be classified as security in the US. As every US lawyer will confirm: geo-blocking IPs, utility bills, or social network profiles are NOT sufficient in the eyes of the SEC.
We are not looking to sell our token. We are giving a gift to people who are willing to prove they are real, non-US persons. As EU company we have to comply with GDPR. You can always have us delete your personal data if you change your mind.

At least of 50% of the total token supply will be in user’s hands. This isn’t happening overnight and airdrop is first step in that.
