Remember, the owner project will choose a promoter who has been familiar in one place in this case this forum. I mean, you should have an experience to manage it so it will be better if you put your experience here. Probably one of those result-less promotions. But as you said, maybe OP can provide some traffic stats

It is better to promote your projects on websites like coinzilla, cointikka, coinzutra or coinfunda. They all have been in this field for more tan a year. They have build their reputation and traffic with their articles and network.

The bounty can be promoted using any news magasine or social network {steem,medium...} As far as i can tell, by using bitcointalk forum, there is no valid reason to promote a bounty. Many people come here looking to join bounties.
The site mentioned above contains a lot of articles, it can be a good start for op to promote it and get more traffic. I don't understand why op choose to offer promotion of bounties in this way.

This is the only reliable platform to market and promote bounty campaigns with a huge number of fan-base that understand what the cryptospace is all about. you might reconsider and revert back here. Most bounty sites are shutting down due to low patronage and spam bounty that has nothing to offer at last.
you should focus more on promoting new projects on those platforms and not bounty.

if there are some client want to add some service including promisimg succestion of the project, maybe the cost will be more expensive than only promoting.

Reality is, that many projects will buy this because it's only $15, and they won't really bother if it'll be good or not

There exists millions of platforms to promote projects and even get rewarded handsomely in most cases but beyond that, people want to promote only projects that are real and have a use case and not mislead people by advertising projects that are questionable. That's the more reason this forum is best in terms of promoting projects.
