There isnt any single company that will give you 100% result of your marketing budget.
so, you would start building your network using telegram channel, creating your own as well as joining other crypto ico, investing and such channels.

you should make videos of your product and upload it on youtube and start sharing it.
it should be like news and informative.

you should follow as much as advisor on linkedin and by giving proper commission and fix charges per post they will do marketing for you.

Not every crypto business needs a token. Sometimes they're unnecessary and cause bottlenecks. I'm not sure what OP business is but going with a business loan could be an option if the idea itself is great.
