still 0 confirms on that 1111, but the 155k other coin i have has had no problems confirming

its only your transaction which is now days old..

transactions I have done today have confirmed but not yours.

just do what I do, pick and choose when to mine. I monitor diff and mine when its low.
when it goes up I move to another coin I believe in.
same as multipools do except I don't dump coins for crack head prices.
I mine to hold ... I am never in a rush!
