SCAM Cloudbet - Locked my account because of accusations of using BOT softwares

What happened::
I've been using Cloudbet for almost 3 months and I really had no complaints except for the time when they locked my account to ask me to verify my identity and my address. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5209282.0

On Sunday morning, I decided to log into my account after 3 weeks of inactivity and found out that I couldn't log in. In the next 3 days I wrote 3 e-mails to Cloudbet of which all of them were left unanswered. I contacted admin on the Bitcointalk and he said that the Cloudbet team reached out to me.

I then told me that this is not the truth and he said that they will reach out to me eventually. Proof: https://ibb.co/tzyK8Zk (this is the first time they lie that someone has contacted me)

I noticed there was something fishy going on as admin was obviously not telling the truth with the first message about how Cloudbet contacted me. Second time they lied at the live support about contacting me.

Finally, after almost 5 full days of not answering and after me talking to their live support each day about this issue , Cloudbet decided that I violated their terms and that my account is to be remained locked with my funds frozen, because of the reason that I used some BOT softwares on their site.

This is not true and Cloudbet is unwilling to give me any proof about this. They just locked my account to take my funds and profit off me.

I didn't use my account for at least 3 weeks prior to this as I was on the trip and the last time I remember when I logged in was end of January and everything was working properly. Cloudbet never notified me, they just locked my account and didn't care.

They stole my funds and they need to return it back to me.

Someone needs to explain it to me how in the world can you even use BOTS to manipulate the site and win bets? I really don't understand this nor do I understand the way they can lock someones account of pure joy and randomness.

Additional Notes:
If someone knows any person working for Cloudbet I'll be very appreciative if I could get some help with withdrawing my funds. This is straight up nonsense and Cloudbet offered 0 proof about me using bots or whatever to manipulate something.

They are making stuff up only to steal my money. If anyone has some advice, I'll be highly appreciative as well. 720$ (now 690$ after BTC dip) is not small amount of money for me and I want it back where it belongs.

I never knew that Cloudbet could be capable of locking my account and freezing my funds out of no reason whatsoever. I'll keep fighting.

Especially with a flag, if they have scammed you as you are describing it, other users will see a message with a warning when visiting Cloudbet's thread.

Especially with a flag, if they have scammed you as you are describing it, other users will see a message with a warning when visiting Cloudbet's thread.

I'll give them some time to correct their decision and if they don't I'll be forced to flag their account and live the message with warning on their thread as well.

Funny thing is that my last bet that I placed and in the end won was Tyson Fury vs Deontay Wilder and I played it on 1.83 coefficient  ( I bet on this month and a half in advance). At the time of the fight Tyson Fury became underdog and multiple sites had him with 1.95+. So accusing me of using bots for making bets like this is just not correct.

I sent them multiple e-mails and tried to reach relevant people on some other sites. Support of community really does mean a whole lot to me.

Really can't believe this is happening to me. I'll keep you all updated.

I've looked into your case personally, and we've also studied our failures in communication here so we can take steps to help avoid them from happening in the future.

We have a responsibility to protect the privacy of our customers and so I am not able to share specific account or bet information in public. That said, I would like to highlight certain clauses in our terms and conditions that are the reason for the closure of your accounts.

Specifically:
5.1.9.2. Only one account per customer/IP/household is allowed. If you attempt and/or successfully open more than one account, all of your accounts may be blocked, suspended or closed and any bitcoin credited to your account frozen.

7.13. Winnings will be paid into your account after the final result is confirmed by the official governing authority of such sport or competition. However, Cloudbet reserves the right to set aside any winnings should there be any investigation resulting from any suspicion of criminal activities that may have affected the result. If match fixing is confirmed by the official integrity organisation of the event, Cloudbet retains the right to void any related bets.

11.1. It is strictly forbidden to use any automated software and/or computer system in direct, or indirect conjunction with the services provided by Cloudbet, including the performance of actions such as sending information from your computer to another computer with installed and active software and/or systems designed to provide you with an unfair advantage.

11.3. The result of any of the above activities mentioned will result in all bets being void and accounts permanently blocked.


I can confirm that your account is in breach of one or more of the above clauses and has been closed.

I can also confirm that our decision in this case is to void all bets and return your deposit, and given you have already withdrawn more than your deposit, the account has been closed.  I can also confirm that your other accounts have also been closed, although all funds from all other accounts were already withdrawn by you. The link between the accounts (and bets they have made) is without doubt.

I'll see what Cloudbet writes to me, I never made multiple accounts on Cloudbet, but think I see what the potential cause of this situation might be.

My older brother was using Cloudbet for a short amount of time, maybe 2-3 weeks and then stopped. He lives in an apartment next door to me, but he does come to visit for a lunch sometimes.

Could it be if he logged from the same Wireless connection at one point that Cloudbet automatically flagged my account? I asked him about Cloudbet and he said that he now also can't log in.

I asked him if he was betting on Cloudbet on Wifi when he was in the house, but he doesn't remember.

If this is the case, this all had to be done retroactively, because he says that he hasn't been using Cloudbet for quite some time (at least 2 months.)

This is only my guess, but it makes sense to me. So what is the correct way for me to act here? His account was also KYC verified, so I don't understand why I should be responsible for this as I'm not even living in the same house as him.

Just leave them and find another casino to play and don't tell everybody where you are playing.

You just admitted that you broke their ToS.

You may argue that their ToS is bullshit. It happened before with Livecoin and in the end they had no choice but to give the victim's coins back.

Personally I don't understand the reason behind not letting people to use multiple accounts and how this can be a danger for the casino's security.

If this is true then this isn't a scam accusation at all, they didn't scam you for any amount and the reason why your account is blocked is brought by your own wrong doing and that is by using a BOT which if you are reading their rules and regulations won't be a problem. I think you should withdraw your accusation since the reason this thread is only holding is because they have locked your account with the assumption that the .08 BTC is still in their website.

I am not saying that and It was not all your money. I am saying that it is a common ToS rule among the casinos and there is no way you can prove that the other account wasn't created by you.

The only reason I got the initial deposit is because I was partially withdrawing my funds as I was playing prior to when my account got locked.

If account is on:

• Different name,
• Is created on different IP and device
• Is continuously betting on different IP address
• Is not living in a same house as me

it should be evident that it's a different customer and that it wasn't created by me. We're both also verified and Cloudbet should be able to check all of this. My only guess is that it's a possibility that he logged in on his account once while he was at my house on wifi. I'm not even sure if he actually did this as he's also not sure, I'm just connecting dots.

Well if that is the case then I don't think you have the right to claim your earnings. I understand the fully Cloudbet's side here since you won that winnings while breaking the rule thus simply making yu ineligible of claiming that winnings. This wasn't even about you having another account since you already admitted that you are using a bot sofware to bet in Cloudbet which is one of their rules. I hope that you understand a little about obligations and contracts and why breaking them made your winnings voidable.
