SCAM Cloudbet - Locked my account because of accusations of using BOT softwares

This entire story has been going for too long.

I got response how my complaint has been filed, but no response after that. Don't use this platform, if they are willing to scam me for 0.08 BTC, they are willing to scam you for much more money.

Hope this is lesson for you all that no matter if you account is verified, they can still lock your funds and say that you just violated their terms about some lame excuse without any proof.

It seems the way treated you was very bad but they should have tried to resolve the issue in a more proactive manner after you opened this scam accusation against them. I am still not sure why they are convinced you had multiple accounts even after you explained the situation to them and you countered their claims about the use of same IP address with the account of your brother when he visited your home.

They changed their minds also when accusing me and blatantly lied more than once. They told me I was using bots and spider software first and wouldn't answer to me before I opened this topic to clarify, I mean you know the whole story...

All I can say is that I'm very disappointed as I thought of them as reputable betting platform.

Does anyone know what I can do in this situation? It's been taking for 2 months now and Cloudbet is refusing to provide me any evidence.

It is quote sad to see this issue going on for so long. I question the motives of Cloudbet to hold on to your funds.

They might well be right about you having logged in from various IP addresses which matched other users logging in from the same IP addresses but their refusal to settle this issue means they are losing credibility.

It's incredibly sad man.

They told me that those suspicious accounts were active from same IP all the time and I told them that's impossible.

But then I asked them are these suspicious accounts even verified, because I verified 8 months ago?

If they are verified, how did they get verified if they had same IP as other user? Their KYC verification lasts for 1-2 weeks so they should've noticed that if that was true.

If they are not verified, then why are we even having this entire conversation. Lock their funds until they prove you otherwise and warn me as an existing user.

In either situation, it's Cloudbets fault.

Maybe there is a lot more to this but Cloudbet are not openly mentioning it, they have gone quiet anyway and stopped posting about it.

That's why I'm here to tell my story. If they are not sharing something with me privately then that's on them.

But there has 100% been a mistake on their side and they need to give me back my money.

The fact that they let me deposit money and just block it when I win the next bet (Wilder vs Fury) with the same money is extremely fishy to me.

From what I have heared, is that  they started a new site.
Cloudbet is not really active anymore on the forum. Maybe our so called wannabee fake scamhunter jollygood can do something about it..
Ow no sorry he can't, since he is corrupt DT and he will not give up his money in order to help real victims.
If a site pays him enough money, then he will do anything for you.

The Curacao licence is a waste of time and space, it is just a money making exercise for the Curacao authorities and just a useless stamp for casino operators to show on their website claiming to have a licence to operate. The Curacao licence issuers will never bother forcing a casino to return stolen funds and will probably revoke their licence with great reluctance.

It is a pity Cloudbet have ruined their reputation over several years by withholding small amounts of BTC but they claim they will do so no matter the amount because it will stop scammers and it is a price worth paying. They made counter-claims against you and decided they will not pay you. There is no much that can be done.

Still no response from Cloudbet or Curacao. That 0.08 btc is now worth more than 2800$.
