You will never get an loans without collateral, none of the websites will offering loans for you or random people in the internet without collateral. Even in bitcointalk, you cant get a non-colateral loan if you have a low rank/reputation. You must have some reputation at here + high rank to get no collateral loans, of course, each rank/reputation have some limit to take the amount of the loan.

You cant get free money, better looking a job if you want get money.

In other words, you want just to borrow without collateral for free money in return, no payback, no repayment, etc.

There are your options:

a) Find a job
b) Try your luck in a loan app if your country is supported (you will face the hard KYC here that you never experience before lol)
c) Forget that idea if you don't have any collateral

If you mean ETH/DeFi flash loans then, yes, they're quite simple. lol.

Here's how you can re-finance a loan

 

Say I have a Maker vault (CDP) with $100 of ETH locked in it, and I drew a loan of 40 DAI from it—so I’ve got a $60 net position minus my debt.
Now say I want to refinance into Compound for a better interest rate. Normally I’d need to go out and repurchase that 40 DAI to close out my CDP, which requires some up-front capital.
Instead, I can flash borrow 40 DAI, close out the $100 CDP, deposit $60 of my unlocked ETH into Compound, convert the other $40 of ETH back into DAI through Uniswap, and use that to repay the flash loan.

I think he's actually referring to what I wrote about in the post above. Borrowing without collateral thru DeFi "Flash Loans". They are both short and simple.

This is something new for me I never knew you can get a collateral free loan on BTT depending on the rank and reputation of a member. I thought all loans are collateral based and the rates are also on the higher side.

1) borrow some DAI from Aave

2) pay back part of their debt

3) withdraw some ETH

Why do you/we need a loan ? Why turning into a loan if you can just do something to earn some money? Yes I am not a fan of loan at all. Never. Because loans have interest and interest are just additional fund that you did not even used but still you pay for it. How can you be sure that you can pay that loan ? By another loan ? I think it is not a wise decision.
