Looking for Cleaning Email Addresses Service to Improve Deliverability

As the title says, I’m looking for a service that can clean and check email addresses for validity.  The goal is to remove the bad emails & reduce bounces to improve deliverability.

If you can do this, let me know. I’m paying very well for this service. If you know a service that can do this in a timely manner and with reasonable rates, let me know. And if I go with them , I will pay you $20 BTC/ETH
